Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RemeSys LMS at learn1.remesys.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person may not maintain more than one active student account
• Accounts are non-transferable

3. Course Enrollment & Access

Upon successful payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the enrolled course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Course access is tied to your account and cannot be shared.

Access duration: Lifetime access to enrolled course materials unless the course is retired, in which case 30 days' notice will be provided.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Download, reproduce, or redistribute course videos or materials
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the platform
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with platform security
• Post abusive, misleading, or harmful content in discussion forums
• Misrepresent certificates or claim false completion

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, logos, and platform code are the exclusive property of RemeSys — Tech Learning Solution and are protected by Indian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

6. Payments & Fees

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• For installment plans, timely payment of each installment is mandatory
• Late payments may result in temporary course access suspension

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all required course components (lessons, quizzes, assignments). Each certificate carries a unique verification code and QR code verifiable at learn1.remesys.in/verify/{hash}. RemeSys certificates are for educational achievement recognition and do not constitute government-recognized qualifications unless specifically stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemeSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific course in dispute. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes from course completion.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access course content ceases. Refunds for terminations due to policy violations are at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
